Clean, modern, elegant, nice building, facilities and rooms, unmatched balance between price and what you get, good blankets, small details, high rated service and close supervision from the managers. I will stay there every time I am coming back to Monterrey, without any doubt.
“Wonderful”
The Safi Hotel was perfect. The hotel staff was prompt and anticipated our needs. The breakfast was wonderful and included a wide variety including made to order items and a mix of Latin and American foods. I spent very little time enjoying the amenities, but there were plenty and I hear they were nice. It was also located right across teh street froma shopping disctrict and (drumroll) a Starbucks. I was sorry to leave.
“Great location for business meetings”
Hotel Safi Valle was the perfect place to meet business leaders and owners in MTY. The rooms were excellent and lots of space. This hotel is better than many brands you are used to seen in the US.
It is an excellent business hotel with a friendly front desk and very attentive.
I used their business center several times and very accommodating and open very late (11 pm or midnight) to check on last minute airline changes and boarding passes.
The breakfast buffet is excellent to treat customers and conduct business right there in the restaurant.
I have experienced almost 10 different hotels in MTY and loved this location in Valle and near all my business appointments.
Congratulations to the Safi Hotel and staff. The bellmen remembered that I needed a taxi to the airport at 5:30 am and had it waiting for me at 5:20 AM.
“Consistent excellence”
Have stayed here almost since it opened and the value for the luxury, food, friendly service and overall quality is among the best anywhere in Mexico or any other country. it is great to return and feel at home when most of the staff knows who you are, welcomes you back and remembers your name.
“The BEST hotel in San Pedro GG!!!!”
I am currently staying at this luxurious hotel and there are not enough words to describe the FANTASTIC beds, pillows, food, and service they offer!!! If you are coming to Monterrey, you will not regret staying here. This is BY FAR the best hotel in town. Very clean and very very comfortable beds... also, very conveniently located in front of Plaza Fiesta Mall.
Mr. Safi, congratulations on years and years of pursuing excellence!!! You have achieved it.
“The best hotel I have stayed in.”
I have travelled extensively and can assert that Safi provides excellent service every time. I consider myself very demanding as most of us should and yet I don't recall any inconviences during any of our 10+ stays. I have travelled to Monterrey on business trips as well as family vacation trips and we stayed at Safi every time.. I have yet to see service as good as the one we find at Safi. Four Seasons' and Hyatt's provide great service but Safi is second to none in that department. The rates are attractive too.
Excercise stations with TV monitors, awesome family pool with tobogan slide, carwash available, ultra fast room service, etc. You name it, they got it!
PS Its the first time I write a review for any hotel.
